In February 2025, Iona Mulder, founder of The Good Spice, was featured in an interview with Slow Food. She talks about her mission to make the spice chain fairer and more transparent, with more attention to the farmers behind our products.

The interview also discusses the power of spices. By choosing flavourful, fairly traded spices, The Good Spice aims to contribute to a more sustainable food system in which we may need less meat, without sacrificing taste.
