This rub can be used to deliciously season a porchetta. The flavors combine very well with pork, but you can also use it to season (root) vegetables. Super tasty in combination with celeriac, for example!

2 tl venkelzaad
1 tl zwarte peperkorrels
1 tl chilivlokken grof
1 tl zeezout grof
3 knoflooktenen fijn gesneden
1 el rozemarijn blaadjes
2 el olijfolie
Bereiding
Vijzel de venkel, peper en chilli grof.
Voeg de out, knoflook en rozemarijn toe en vijzel tot een pasta
Voeg de olijfolie toe en roer goed.
